When you create an account on BoostCast.com, your user name is automatically associated with your email. These two pieces of information lets your benefit from a unique and personal account, and therefore it is not possible to modify this without directly deleting your whole account.

BoostCast.com accepts most recognized video formats including MP4, WMV, MPEG, AVI. The video files sizes should not exceed 100 Mb. This is totally competitive with other video sharing sites!
Files are then converted for you so they can be read by the built-in Flash player plug-in in your Web browser.

First you need to log into Your Video Community with your username and password. Once logged in, a 'Send' button appears in the navigation bar on the top.

To delete a comment that you posted, click on 'Delete' a button you'll find below the comment.
Edit your comments by clicking the Edit button.

The video communitys administrator might have made comment posting unavailable for everyone and only available to their video community subscribers. Send a message to the video community owner or join their video community in order to comment.
21 I created a video community on BoostCast.com and I want to be informed when somebody posts a new comment, video or blog. How do I do that?
You don't need to do anything! Alerts are activated by default, and you'll get an email each time a new comment is posted on one of your videos. If you want want to stop receiving alerts, change your email preferences in the configurations page of the admin panel.
22 How do I stop receiving alerts for new comments, videos or blogs posted to my video community?
Change your settings and deactivate the communications you would prefer to not receive. To do so, click on the link at the bottom of any email alert or go change your settings on the configurations page of your admin panel.
23 How do I broadcast a video into another site or blog?
Copy the embed code from under the video you want to share and paste it onto the site or blog you want.
24 Do I need to install anything to use BoostCast.com?
Most likely, no! You're browser usually has the latest flash player installed automatically. To play videos, you need the latest Flash Player. Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ for more details or to download the latest version.
25 Do I need to accept cookies from BoostCast.com?
Cookies aren't an obligation but, if you don't mind setting them, they will let you to avoid having to enter your username and password for sign in each time you visit.
26 Do I have bandwidth and storage quotas for My Video Community?
Your free video community limit is 2GB of storage and the bandwidth is limited to 10 000 video views per month.
Don't stress out calculating your exact storage and bandwidth needs!
